Natural History Museum

23-minute walk from the Hotel Papageno.

The Natural History Museum is one of the biggest museums in Austria and was opened in 1891, together with the Art History Museum across the square, a building which is almost completely identical. It was built to house the enormous natural-history collections of the Habsburg monarchy.
